CAMP-RESORT RULES

General Rules

  • All guests and visitors should exercise common sense and courtesy, respect other guests, and camping resort property.
  • Guests and visitors are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or eject any person or party who do not comply with the rules and policies. No refund will be given to any ejected person or party.
  • Only registered guests, as specified in your reservation, are allowed on property.
  • All trash must be placed in enclosed trash receptacles and discarded in dumpster. Do not leave trash out overnight.
  • Maximum of 8 overnight guests per RV site. Cabin occupant limits are as stated in their description.
  • Visitors are welcome at guest sites and cabins between 8 AM and 10 PM for an additional fee and must notify the hosts.
  • Access to laundry washer and dryer is available, based on staff cleaning schedules, for an additional fee. Call office for availability.
  • No smoking or vaping in any building or cabin.
  • Do not flush anything except toilet paper down toilets in bathhouse or cabins.
  • No open flames or candles inside any building.
  • Bathhouse sink is for washing hands and face only.

At Your Site

  • Please keep your site neat and clean during your stay.
  • Generators are not allowed except in case of a power outage.
  • Campfires are allowed only in designated fire rings and must not be left unattended. You are welcome to collect any dead wood that is already on the ground, purchase bundled firewood from the campground, or purchase commercially processed, heat-treated firewood.
  • Burning trash, cigarette butts, or materials other than firewood is prohibited. Do not cut down branches, trees, or bushes. Do not burn large logs located near chairs, these are our tables.
  • Prohibited items and activities: hot tubs, kiddie pools, inflatable pools, inflatable slides, clotheslines, tents, vehicle washing, oil changing, attaching items to trees.
  • Do not leave trash out overnight. There are bears in the area. Please be aware at night.
  • Report any damage or breakage to campground office.
  • All vehicles must be completely parked in the campsite and must not obstruct roadway. Guests are responsible for parking their RVs in manner that allows them to open slides and canopies without hitting trees, rocks, pedestals, or water hydrants.
  • High-speed Wifi is available at all sites and cabins.

Safety and Security

  • Guests and visitors acknowledge that camping and outdoor activities involve inherent risks and agree to use the property and facilities at Doe River Landing at their own risk.
  • Guests and visitors agree to indemnify and hold Doe River Landing harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from incidents occurring on the camping resort property.
  • Please supervise your children at all times.
  • Drunkeness, obnoxious behavior, profanity, or violence towards other guests or staff will not be tolerated and result in immediate ejection.
  • No illegal substances of any kind allowed.
  • Use of fireworks, firearms, archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns is prohibited.
  • Doe River is a natural, unregulated stream that can change rapidly and produce strong currents. Use common sense and pay attention to the river conditions. Enter water at your own risk.
  • Doe River Landing is in a natural wildlife habitat area. Be aware of your surroundings, do not feed wildlife, and do not leave food and trash outside.
  • Vandalism of any kind by anyone (regardless of age) is a reason for ejection.

Vehicles

  • Speed limit is 5 MPH. Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle on property.
  • Only 1 RV and 2 vehicles are allowed per site. Vehicles must not obstruct roadways.
  • All vehicles must be in good working condition and appearance.
  • All recreational vehicles must be RVIA certified and self-contained. No tents, vans, or modified vehicles allowed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
  • Additional vehicles, boats, or trailers must be registered with hosts and parked in separate area for an additional fee.
  • All vehicles, including motorcycles, must be operated quietly, without revving motors or playing loud music.
  • ATVs, side-by-sides, and off-road vehicles are not allowed to be operated on the property at any time.
  • Charging of Electric Vehicles is NOT allowed.

Pet Policy

  • Well behaved cats and dogs are welcome, a maximum of 2 pets per site is allowed. Please have vaccination records available.
  • We ask that pets are not left unattended for their safety.
  • Please do NOT allow pets on furniture in cabins or trailer rental.
  • If damage is found after check-out inside cabin or trailer rental, your on-file card will be charged to repair/replace the item.
  • Doe River Landing assumes no liability for safety or wellbeing of guests pet(s).
  • All pets must be kept on leash while outside of the camper.
  • Pets are not allowed in playground, bathhouse, store, or pavilion.
  • Guests are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pet(s) to other guests, their pets, their property, or camping resort staff or property.
  • Doe River Landing assumes no liability for any injury or damage caused by guests’ pet(s).
  • We ask that you clean up after your pets anywhere in the campground (including on the trails). Please use the designated pet area for pets to relieve themselves and take bags from the pet clean up station with you before heading out on the trails.

  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
  • Loud music or noise affecting other guests is prohibited.
  • No outdoor lights during quiet hours.
  • As registered guest, use of the pavilion for events or family gathering is available at discounted rate. Please contact office for details.

Payments and Refunds

  • All reservations require payment in full at time of booking.
  • Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance will incur 10% cancellation fee.
  • Reservations cancelled 7-30 days in advance will incur 50% cancellation fee.
  • Reservations cancelled 0-6 days in advance and no shows will incur 100% cancellation fee.
  • Reservation changes made more than 30 days in advance will be made at no charge if a site is available. Otherwise standard cancellation fees apply.
  • No refunds due to inclement weather.
  • No refunds due to Wi-Fi issues.
  • No refunds due to early departures or late arrivals.
  • All refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original payment.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in time is 3PM. All RVs must be parked at their site before dark. Please notify hosts if arriving after 8PM.
  • Early check-in may be available upon request for an additional fee.
  • Guests are encouraged to use online check-in. For RV sites, check-in paperwork is located in box at front of the office.
  • All RVs should be parked at their site before dark. If you are going to arrive after dark, please call ahead so that we can assist you with parking without disturbing other guests.
  • Check out time is 10AM for all sites and cabins.
  • Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.
  • Kindly ensure you depart no later than the check-out time so we can prepare the site or cabin for the next guest.
  • Maximum stay is 28 days.
